Services Refunds

Clients may receive a full refund if they cancel 48 hours or more before their scheduled service appointment. Resume Rewrite Services - Due to the customized and personalized nature of resume writing services, all resume rewrite purchases are non-refundable once work has begun. If you wish to cancel your service: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not started. After 24 hours or once drafting has begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable. We are committed to delivering a high-quality, strategic resume. One round of revisions is included with your service unless otherwise specified.

Late Cancellations

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session, the payment becomes non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will not receive a refund.

Products

All physical product sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery at: info@elumworkforceconsulting.com. Please include: Your order number Photos of the damaged item Photos of the packaging If approved, we will offer a replacement copy. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers.
