Army veteran with nearly a decade of experience supporting employees, organizations, and
transitioning service members. After seeing how many talented individuals struggled to
present their skills on paper or communicate their strengths in interviews, Assatta created a 
space where job seekers could receive professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive
career guidance.
